Job Description:
Our award winning digital agency/production studio client is looking for a sales professional who is creative, resilient, results-driven and goal-oriented. You will source customer prospects, conduct new business outreach, generate meetings, and close deals. The ideal candidate has very good interpersonal skills, stays on top of emerging trends, and has solid organizational capabilities. Success in this position requires building a deep understanding of the agency's approach, philosophy, and specialties while leading both proactive and reactive pitches/proposals to secure new business. Experience selling services preferred.

This is a remote position with preference for Los Angeles-based candidates

Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell agency services using rapport, effective articulation of services offered, and solid selling processes to prospective clients
- Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Contact customer leads through cold calling including email marketing, LinkedIn, social networking and more.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with updates on potential client needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
- Draft client services agreements
- Coordinate and manage client hand-off to creative services team
- Keep a pulse on best practices and promotional trends
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant business development experience required
- Experience or work in a professional services and agency environment preferred
- Creative with sales approach, and able to solve tough problems
- Experience in fashion industry, events, media furniture, design or relevant industries preferred
- Knowledge of CRM programs
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter
- Sense of humor and determination!

Salary Range: Base $75K - $130K (depending on experience)
