We’re looking for someone who can:
- Partner with internal clients to understand and execute the goals and timelines for each project
- Ensure that expectations are clearly communicated and understood by external vendors and support teams.
- Partner with vendors to ensure we receive quality data that is delivered on time and according to specifications and within budget.
- Ability to work on and direct the work of others across multiple projects including international projects at the same time.
- Ensure regular performance-based optimization tasks (including adjusting budgets/bids, adjusting targeting and relaxing soft criteria) take place when appropriate.
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through software, such as Zendesk, Zoom, Slack, and Box and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for internal company developed software and platforms.
- Assist with efforts to improve operational performance by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures for new and changing tasks.
- Supports our PST operational needs and requires evening and weekend coverage.
- Develop/train team members
- Manage, assign, and prioritize incoming projects across business verticals
- Escalation support for multiple large and high-profile projects, and partners/liaises with other stakeholders including, but not limited to client services, research, product, and technology teams
- Address performance and process issues; make recommendations and prioritize based on urgency/client impact
- Ability to collaborate with business, IT leaders and other subject matter experts to understand strategic objectives and technology requirements.
- An analytical mindset to help define solution options and potential tradeoffs to solve business problems.
It’ll be helpful if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative operations
- Experience with quantitative tracking studies and ensuring vendors are performing appropriately
- Experience with a variety of sampling methodologies, including balanced clicks/market-sizing studies.
- Experience using Decipher research platform
- Be able to communicate with external vendors and all levels of employees within MarketCast
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi- task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational abilities
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with quick turnaround deliverable times
- Be enthusiastic and high energy with highly developed social skills
- Be comfortable time-shifting to accommodate global projects operating simultaneously
