About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results driven Webinar Marketing Manager to lead our virtual event channel. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences that result in measurable business outcomes in the form of lead generation, pipeline, and new /expansion/cross-sell/renewal revenue.
This role is integral to our growth marketing strategy and a key driver of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals. You will be responsible for owning the holistic webinar program from strategy through to execution and analysis, executing in partnership with stakeholders across the GTM organization. You are customer obsessed and skilled at understanding a marketing funnel and prospect conversion journey.
You must be an excellent cross functional collaborator, skilled at building bridges with partners across the GTM organization and engaging with C-suite employees and customers. You have a data driven growth mindset, always testing and learning, optimizing, and solution oriented.

What You'll Be Doing:
Building a scalable annual webinar program that delivers on marketing and business goals across the full funnel, executing on 16+ webinars annually
Partnering with stakeholders across the GTM org to bring the end-to-end webinar program to life (marketing, sales, customer, content, product management, etc.)
Coordinating with marketing teams create assets to promote webinar cross functionally and externally to drive audience registration (web site, email campaigns, organic social media, co-marketing, sales enablement etc.)
Securing speakers/presenters and coordinating all event logistics
Negotiating with vendors to secure greatest value for partnerships
Partnering with Marketing operations to follow lead process and ensure lead capture
Being data-driven and being comfortable analyzing the impact of your efforts in partnership with our Marketing Operations team
Experimenting with different formats and offers to improve webinar attendance and performance
Determining follow-up strategies for leads with Campaign Manager
Leading the repackaging of all the content you create to fit into other coordinated marketing campaigns and channels (web, social, on-demand syndication)
Documenting process, learnings, and best practices into a webinar playbook
Developing benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of our webinar strategy and implement improvements as required
Measuring the success of each webinar and reporting the results cross-functionally
About You:
3+ years of B2B demand generation experience; experience in SaaS and Education preferred
Proven track record managing virtual events that have measurable ROI in the form of lead generation, pipeline, and revenue
Data-driven, focused on target attainment, using data to inform strategies and priorities
A growth mindset – always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, failing fast, and a can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work optimally cross-functionally and with all levels within the organization
Proficient in MS Office, Zoom Webinar, familiar with Marketo, Salesforce or similar
BS/BA in PR, marketing, or related field is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation and Benefits:
Expected base salary range for this position is $63,810 – $87,890 USD annually based on several factors, including experience and geography. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus or sales commission bonus, depending on the role, and benefits that are designed to support you & your family. If you are hired at DreamBox Learning, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on considerations such as geographic location, skills, responsibilities of the role, education, and/or relevant experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the compensation of our current team members as a part of evaluating and extending any final offer.
