About the Role: 

DreamBox is hiring a strategic, impact driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing with a record of success. You must love data, technology, and people.  The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing. 

In this role, you will create a growth strategy to identify opportunities for DreamBox prospects and customers that will include specific strategies for cross sell, expansion, and net new customers. You will help build and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel by creating a test plan for all channels. You will utilize technology and metrics to drive revenue and continuously optimize growth channels and optimize lead generation. 

This role must strategize and work collaboratively with product, sales, customer success, and professional services so that all levers are being utilized to drive growth.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Bouncing from thinking strategically to executing very detailed tactics

  • Integrating systems and data across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support stacks

  • Executing event strategy

  • Maintaining Marketo, marketing automation, nurtures, operations, MT attribution

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape, including channel knowledge in SEM/PPC, SEO, display, paid social, video, etc.

  • Modeling, data analysis, and BI visualization, salesforce, and digital attribution tools

  • Owning strategy through execution of all marketing campaigns including all growth analytics; These data insights will be shared across teams to improve outcomes

  • Building a culture of experimentation and ROI analysis across all functions on the growth team

  • Driving top-line results to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual growth targets

  • Optimizing existing channels and allocate budget to maximize ROI

  • Driving Account Based Marketing strategy and personalization strategy

  • Designing and implement best practices for testing frameworks

  • Responsible for all paid placements including virtual and in person events, paid media campaigns, and marketing operations

  • Coaching and developing a team of marketers to deliver on agreed upon strategies and goals

  • Driving profitable growth across the marketing funnel

About You:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, demand generation or Performance marketing with a track record of delivering concrete business results. Edtech experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of people management experience and account-based marketing.

  • 5 + years’ experience with salesforce, Bizible, google analytics.

  • Must have strong communication skills, executive presence, and storytelling.

  • Strong Excel competency, and comfortable working with complex data

  • Prior ownership of multimillion dollar media budget, account-based marketing, marketing operations

  • Demonstrated proficiency with SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, affiliate advertising

  • Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis

  • Strong analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of data

  • Experience creating a growth experimentation program to test all channels to continuously optimize

  • Ability to lead Marketing Operations team to continuously generate insights that will improve growth

  • Ability to own all paid marketing reporting and marketing forecasting

  • Ability to identify and manage external agencies

  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Location: Open to candidates in the US (Remote role) 

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected base salary range for this position is $133,220 – $195,360 USD annually based on several factors, including experience and geography. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus or sales commission bonus, depending on the role, and benefits that are designed to support you & your family. If you are hired at DreamBox Learning, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on considerations such as geographic location, skills, responsibilities of the role, education, and/or relevant experience.  In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the compensation of our current team members as a part of evaluating and extending any final offer.
