Senior Product Designer

Description:
TEKsystems is looking for a senior product designer to join one of our top clients. This person must be able to sit on w2 and open to other opportunities for the new year. These are full time opportunities that are contract, contract to hire and direct placement. We provide PTO, sick days, and holiday pay if needed.


About the group:
This group is responsible for pricing, promotions and competitive intelligence. Support internal tools, users of products are for the employees. 


Responsibilities and top skills:

 
Need a strong portfolio with good design thinking 
  

   
How someone describes their process, not just end pictures
   
Clear explanation of problem they were solving and who they worked with
  
 
These positions will mainly be focused on the front-end piece, a little more visual vs interaction focused
 
Interested in people who are able to advocate for UX
 
Communicate with Product Managers and stand up for UX values
 
Design in Figma so ideally experience with Figma 
  

   
Also use Jira, Agile and Jira experience is a nice to have 


  

Top Skills Details:
• At least 5 years of UX experience
• Somebody who has experience at a large company
• Tools- Figma, Jira experience, Mira
• Strong UI skills
• Stakeholder management, relationship management 


Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Interview Process:
• 2 steps, with hiring manager and with team
o Bring 1 to 2 projects to walk through
o Tries to schedule them back-to-back
• Going to be out end of next week through end of year
o Going to try to get some interviews in this week and next but people won't start until 2023
