Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Program Manager to join our global Total Rewards team.
In this role, you'll lead most global compensation programs, including global bonus programs, global benchmarking and salary range development. You'll leverage your diverse compensation and project management expertise to ensure the cyclical processes and other key projects on the Global Compensation Team are managed successfully and in a timely manner. Success in this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining relationships with the Compensation Partners, HR Technology team, HR Leaders, Business and/or Department Leaders, and HRBPs, while also ensuring cross-collaboration when needed with other HR COEs, Finance, Payroll and Legal.
The following are the key responsibilities related to the Senior Compensation Program Manager.
• Take ownership of the annual compensation calendar to establish standardized timing of cyclical and ad hoc projects and programs.
• Manage the project plans for select annual, cyclical efforts.
• Manage the project plans for ongoing, year-round efforts, such as compensation benchmarking and salary range development.
• Partner with the HR Technology and Communications teams to ensure compensation project needs are appropriately captured.
• Manage other projects as requested (e.g, modeling of design alternatives and other analytics).

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent, preferably in a related field of business or mathematics
• 5+ years of progressive, related Compensation experience, including managing cross-functional, global projects
• Experience with global compensation (US and outside US) is strongly preferred
• Experience within a globally matrixed organization is strongly preferred
• Experience with driving culture change is strongly preferred
• Experience and understanding of other areas of HR a strong plus
• Experience in a public organization and/or within the life sciences, pharma, medical device, therapeutics, or biotech industries a plus
Qualified Skills:
• Strong analytical, technical, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage through ambiguity; adaptability and agility to change
• Ability to communicate to and influence at multiple levels of an organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to creatively approach solutions for unique challenges
