Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy to achieve the company's mission and vision.

  • Lead the product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executive team members to align the product roadmap with the overall company strategy and objectives.

  • Continuously analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and validation to launch and ongoing management.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the app experience.

  • Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, representing Simple in external meetings and industry events.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the product team and across the organization.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and experience working with UX/UI design teams.

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
