What Evernow is looking for:

A player-coach and a dynamic leader with the range to lead the marketing function across growth, brand and lifecycle marketing.  As a first-class cross channel marketer, the VP Marketing has the responsibility of connecting with our members through a progressive marketing approach that utilizes immersive campaigns deployed through digital, social, event marketing and PR channels. We are helping women with an incredibly underserved problem. You will be working on a new category—not another run of the mill ecommerce company - and it will require uncovering growth opportunities that may not be obvious. Great candidates for this role are deeply curious and will be able to empathize with our members and potential members, helping to bring their needs to life throughout the organization and ensuring that all marketing touch points across her journey connect with her – tonally, physically, and emotionally.

You are a likely a good fit if:

  • You want to be hands on and execute. You will guide a team of full time, contractor, and agency resources.  You don’t shy away from being a player and a coach

  • You are extremely customer centric and appreciate how to nurture a brand. 

  • You have dynamic range and can articulate the top business goals, why they matter, and tie them to growth metrics and targets.  You can translate from the exec level to what needs to happen on the ground and vice versa.

  • You know how to connect with customer needs, and translate those into marketing tactics that drive acquisition, retention and brand building.

  • You have operated or led growth marketing systems that drive decision making around forecasting, budget allocation, and channel optimization via data and attribution; even if growth marketing is not your super power you know how to partner, audit and manage the work

  • You are a structured thinker with past experiences helping teams prioritize and test new growth opportunities

  • You are comfortable structuring experiments, running analyses, interpreting results, understanding gaps and determining next steps.

  • You have experience with consumer subscription brands and scaling from Series A to B to C.

  • Ideally you have experience within the healthcare space or a similar regulated industry/audience

  • You have the ability to thrive in chaos, resolve ambiguity and think on your feet
