Need a front-end where a user can: Select facebook groupsSet keywords to be notifiedManage their billing and subscription
System must be able to:Email and SMS users when a keyword is mentionedManage logins
The data will be provided by an API already existing, you just need to develop the front-end in which the data comes into, the mechanism to notify users and the login functionality
There is an existing solution I would like this to be modelled on, screenshots can be provided
The platform will need to have a good UX on both mobile and desktop
Open to suggestions on code/solution

I require a developer to build a custom PHP function or class that will efficiently extract email addresses from nested multi-dimensional arrays. The arrays can contain other arrays within arrays to unpredictable depths, so a recursive approach is necessary. The function needs to search through all nested arrays and return a flat one-dimensional array only containing any email addresses found. Email addresses may be stored in array keys, values or both. Several common email formats need to be supported including names, dots, plus symbols and various TLDs. Performance is important as the arrays can become very large, so iterative or generator-based approaches would be preferable over directly building a result array. Unit tests covering different edge cases should be included to ensure accuracy. Security is also a factor as real user data may contain emails.
